On October 20, at 3:30pm, the famous chef will speak about his Gelato Pop with Luciano Ferrari, senior instructor at the Carpigiani Gelato University.

Creativity, efficiency and accessibility: these are the keywords that will open to Carpigiani the doors of Host 2017, the most important trade show for Ho.Re.Ca., foodservice, retail, mass market, and hotels.
The special events include the meeting with Chef Davide Oldani – October 20, 3:30pm – who will talk about gelato in starred restaurants, from amuse-bouche to desserts. Chef Oldani will chat with Luciano Ferrari, Carpigiani Gelato University senior instructor, explaining how gelato changed his menu.

The booth of the Company, world leader in the production of machines for artisanal gelato, will be located inside Pavilion 10 – Booth B60 D67.
Within its 400sqm stand, Carpigiani will present many ideas for gelato and pastry professionals with practical, functional and accessible solutions. The Carpigiani Gelato University instructors will take turns in a series of demonstrations focusing on artisanal gelato and gelato pastry, ready to unveil all the potential of the technology on display.
