Ali Group Service Workshop 2017
A roundtable on the service development opportunities and challenges in the Ali Group
On October 25th last at the Rancilio Group headquarters in Villastanza di Parabiago the Service Workshop 2017 was held.
Organised by Matteo Zironi, group after-sales director with the Ali Group, the workshop offered the opportunity to the service directors of firms in the Group to share successful case histories and exchange ideas and benchmarks.
The speakers at the event were consultants from the German company Barkawi Management Consultants who illustrated new after-sales challenges and opportunities and offered ideas about innovations.
The workshop is part of a comprehensive programme of events on the topic of after-sales which periodically involve the service teams from Ali Group firms.
“Service is a cornerstone in the strategy of firms in the Group. An excellent after-sales service is an incredible commercial and customer loyalty weapon and for this reason has to be developed. This requires constant updating on the latest innovations and a focus on the exchange of best practice. Looking to the future and with a single, fundamental aim: meeting customer expectations in full”, underlined Zironi.
Another opportunity for further analysis of the topic of spare parts is planned next week at the Carpigiani headquarters in Anzola dell’Emilia.
