The new Steam Tower from Silko is more than a simple accessory. It has 5 functions in one machine: steam, vacuum cooking, maintainer, regenerator and smoking.
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it is modular (each drawer can hold GN 1/1 - 1/6 - 1/3 - 1/2 containers) and composable: it is possible to mount from 1 to 3 drawers (max quantity recommended).
Installation is fast and easy. Just place it above the pasta cooker top and that’s it. No screws, levers or buttons required.
Steam Tower’s shape is studied to fit the top of our pasta cookers, no matter how old or which model is it. Also, Steam Tower has several details to make your work easier and faster: drip collection system and heart probe.
