Falcon soars with F900 launch
More than 100 people witnessed the launch of the new F900 series from Falcon Foodservice at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in Westminster, Central London, the first completely new product range the company has launched in 30 years. Foodservice equipment distributors, consultants, catering operators, chefs and media all were eager to be the first to know about the new series, which is designed to meet the needs of busy 24/7 commercial kitchens.
The event started with an overview of Falcon’s almost 200 years of history and the background to the new F900 series from Managing Director Tim Tindle, which included a video presentation of the Falcon Foodservice manufacturing facility in Stirling, Scotland (view here). This was followed by the unveiling of the product range by Sales Director Lawrence Hughes and a summary of the F900 products from a chef’s point of view by Development Chef Neil Roseweir.
Guests were then invited to get hands on with the new equipment as the Falcon sales team talked guests through the unique features of the F900, which is set to open up the export market to Falcon Foodservice as well as growing sales in the UK. You can read more about the F900 series here.
The response to the new F900 series has been very positive. Sales Director Lawrence Hughes says: “The feedback from those present at the event indicates that we have taken the market by storm and wonderful feedback has been pouring in. We are now concentrating on showing the F900 to wider audiences and the London launch will be followed up with similar events in Dubai and India as well as being shown at many trade fairs worldwide in the next 12 months.
