The PRO Door is a revolutionary combination of the traditional Cattabriga round door, a user-friendly front hopper and outstanding thermal insulation. The door completely eliminates the problems of condensation and frost typical of this type of machine and saves between 15-20% freezing time.
NO GUESSWORK WITH SMART5 SOFTWARE
The Smart5 software calculates all the necessary parameters for perfect results by inserting only the amount and type of mix. It also is possible to modify and memorize custom programs.
PSK PRO PASTEURIZER: A PERFECT PARTNER FOR THE MULTIFREEZE PRO
The important re-design of the pasteurizer brings with it a new generation motor guaranteeing maximum efficiency and reliability. The rotor on the bottom of the pasteurizer turns automatically in proportion to the amount and quality of mix, guaranteeing an incomparable texture of all mixes.
All these improvements work together to produce fast pasteurizing times, from more then 120 minutes to approximately 80, saving on electricity and time, making the PSK Pro Pasteurizer the perfect accompaniment to the Multifreeze Pro.
