A rich appointments program at Host from October 20th to 24th to unveil and taste the latest trends in the pizza world!

At Host 2017 Oem, the historic manufacturer of pizza equipment based in Mantova, will reserve to its visitors a rich program of meetings on pizza world trends in collaboration with the famous Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli.

The new frontiers of pizza taste – gluten-free, pizza in pala and pizza gourmet – along with the new mixing and stuffing techniques – are just some of the most topical issues that the pizza masters of the School, Luca Gaccione and Riccardo La Rosa, will face during a true taste marathon at Oem booth, from October 20th to 24th.

The pizza makers will satisfy the curiosities and palates of all visitors in a skillful match between training and tasting from two dynamic and interactive stations.
