The design of the shaped sides, gastronorm trays and internal channeling system ensure perfect and uniform conservation of the product, even when fully loaded
Air curtain minimises warm air entering when the door is opened

LESS ENERGY, MORE POWER
The Intelligent Self-Learning (ISL) system optimises machine function and ensures daily energy savings by  mapping work activity (working hours, settings and pauses).
The Energy Saving System (ESS) significantly reduces consumption by acting on the temperatures and settings during production downtime.

SMART TECHNOLOGY 
Equipped with bidirectional IoT connectivity for Industry 4.0, sending and modifying customised programs remotely, firmware upgrades, monitoring, downloading data from USB ports or cloud all via LAN connection (standard) or WiFi (optional).
