Rancilio Specialty is taking part in the first edition of CAFÉ! Festival & Expo

Another crowd-pulling festival puts the spotlight on the protagonists of Specialty Coffee, all set to run in Paris from 21 to 23 June.

Rancilio Specialty will be one of the 80 exhibitors celebrating the first edition of CAFÉ! Festival & Expo, scheduled from 21 to 23 June at the CENTQUATRE-PARIS, one of the most important cultural hubs of the French capital.

The show, which is expected to attract thousands of visitors and top trade brands to Baristas will be offered an opportunity to discover the Rancilio Specialty RS1: to work with the new variable steam lever and with Advanced Temperature Profiling, the technology that enhances the aroma and flavour of every type of coffee.

The first day will be dedicated to trade operators with professional training workshops, conferences and a big party in the evening. On the second and third days, the festival will open its gates to the public with numerous activities: tasting sessions, meetings with the top roasting houses of France, live music, laboratories, games, exhibitions, competitions, and a lavish farewell brunch on Sunday.

CAFÉ! Festival & Expo will also host the finals of the French Coffee Roasting Championship, promoted by Sca France.
