AmCham Italy, The American Chamber of Commerce in Italy has rewarded 10 companies for investments made in Italy and in the United States.

Ali Group has received the Transatlantic Award for the merger agreement under which the Company is acquiring Welbilt.

The transaction marks a significant milestone in Ali Group’s history, leader in the foodservice equipment industry, and will position the Company to better serve its customers and capitalize on attractive growth opportunities.
